Cap and Gown sets:


Q) How do I measure my height for sizing info (does shoe height matter)?

A) Gowns hang from the shoulders of the graduate, and the bottom of the gown should be at mid-shin. Shoe/Heel size does not matter, and gowns are sized in a 2-3 inch height range. Also in the event that a gown does not fit for whatever reason, a representative will be available at the graduation to take care of any issues that may arise. (We even bring a steamer to get out any wrinkles!)


Q) When will my gown set arrive?

A) Cap and Gown sets are delivered and distributed at the school during the spring semester. As the school year progresses, information will be posted on our website, through emails, and also on applicable school social media accounts!


Q) When can I make a payment for my cap and gown set?

A) Gown sets can be paid for 24/7 through our online portal. You can also make payments over the phone, through the mail, or in person at one of our graduation fairs throughout the school year. Check our website and the school social media accounts for information on dates.


Q) When is the deadline to order cap and gown sets?

A) There is no deadline to pay for your cap and gown, however sizing information must be submitted before January 1st to ensure an accurate size and hood are reserved for you. Throughout the school year we will post information on final days to pay in person, distributions, and other important dates.


Graduation Announcements:


Q) What is the minimum deposit required to order?

A) No deposit is required to order and payment plans are setup to fit your budget!


Q) When will my announcement order ship?

A) Announcement orders that include personalized commencement announcements will be shipped directly to your home 2-3 weeks after the graduation date/time/place is finalized by the school board. Add-on orders, or new orders placed after the graduation date/time/place will ship in less then 2 weeks.


Q) When is the deadline to order announcements?

A) There is no deadline to order announcements! Orders can be placed 24/7 online, and you can even setup a payment plan to pay your order balance off during the school year!


Q) I don't see any name cards?

A) Our Personalized Commencement Announcements feature your graduates name printed right along side the date/time/place of the graduation ceremony. Eliminating those costly name-cards saving you upwards of $25! All of our announcement orders come complete with 2 sets of envelopes, one informal and one mailing. PCA's can be ordered a la carte or in package that includes return address labels, envelope seals, etc.


Q) There is nowhere for me to enter the date/time/place of graduation on the order form.

A) We work directly with the school district to get the date/time/place as soon as possible in the spring. Once we have the date finalized we will begin production on your announcement order!

Q) What is the minimum deposit required to order?
A) No deposit is required to order and payment plans are setup to fit your budget!

Q) When will my order ship?
A) All Senior Gifts and Apparel are custom made-to-order. Generally orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to ship, and these ship directly to your home address!


Q) When is the deadline to order Gifts and Apparel?
A) There is no deadline to order! Orders can be placed 24/7 online, and you can even setup a payment plan to pay your order balance off during the school year! Orders placed by November 16th,  2018 are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas!
